Important Booking Update – Effective January 2026
Starting January 2026, only the Thrive 360 session will be offered. Thrive 360 is available to book now for January and later. Please choose Thrive 360 for any bookings from January onward; all other session types will be retired.
Recommended booking times:
Tues–Fri: 10:00, 11:45, 15:30, 17:15
Saturday: 10:00, 11:45, 14:30, 16:15
Note: I am no longer accepting VA referrals. My contract with Optum ended on December 31, 2025.

Book Your Appointment
Click the button below to schedule your session. Online booking is encouraged whenever possible. You’ll be asked to provide a credit or debit card to secure your appointment—you'll not be charged at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email. Please double-check the confirmation email you received when booking your appointment to ensure the time listed is correct. This helps avoid any confusion and ensures I can honor your scheduled slot. You will receive email, text, and phone reminders of your appointment time. Please check those, too, to ensure there was no confusion.
New Clients
Please complete your intake forms electronically—this helps speed up the check-in process. A confirmation email will be sent with the secure link to complete your forms.
If you're unable to complete the forms online, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a paper form in person before your session begins.
FSA/HSA Receipts
I provide insurance-coded receipts for clients using FSA or HSA funds. A doctor’s prescription is required for reimbursement.
Gift Cards
We offer gift cards in both electronic and physical formats for purchase for loved ones—or for yourself. Gift cards are available via Square, function like cash, and do not expire.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session rate.
We ask all clients to respect this policy to allow fair scheduling for everyone.
