Important Booking Update – Effective January 2026
Beginning January 2026, the Thrive 360 Session will be the only session offered moving forward.
The good news: Thrive 360 is already open and available to book now for January 2026 appointments.
If you are scheduling for January and beyond, please select Thrive 360 when booking. All previous session types will be retired at that time.
To maximize the time, please book at 10 am, 11:45 am, 3:30 pm and 5:15 pm for Tues-Friday and 10 am, 11:45 am, 2:30 pm and 4:15 pm.

Book Your Appointment
Click the button below to schedule your session. Online booking is encouraged whenever possible. You’ll be asked to provide a credit or debit card to secure your appointment—you'll not be charged at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email. Please double-check the confirmation email you received when booking your appointment to ensure the time listed is correct. This helps avoid any confusion and ensures I can honor your scheduled slot. You will receive email, text, and phone reminders of your appointment time. Please check those, too, to ensure there was no confusion.
New Clients
Please complete your intake forms electronically—this helps speed up the check-in process. A confirmation email will be sent with the secure link to complete your forms.
If you're unable to complete the forms online, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a paper form in person before your session begins.
FSA/HSA Receipts
I provide insurance-coded receipts for clients using FSA or HSA funds. A doctor’s prescription is required for reimbursement.
Memberships & Gift Cards
As we transition into the new year, we will have an exclusive healing intensive membership available in January 2006. Gift cards are available through Square, both physical and online, and they act like cash and don’t expire. We are getting rid of packages at the end of this year, so please use any packages purchased this year. You can share those with loved ones if you can’t use them for yourself.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session rate.
We ask all clients to respect this policy to allow fair scheduling for everyone.
Veterans in the VA Community Care Network are not subject to cancellation fees per VA policy. However, we kindly ask that you avoid late cancellations or no-shows, as three or more occurrences may lead to scheduling restrictions.
